not lose anything and see no change in my measurements, even though
through the weeks I could see my body taking shape, and I felt so good
and very confident.
But OMG how good are my measurements. You could not wipe the smile off
my face the whole day. I went out and felt a million dollars.

"I was a bit hesitant in starting this program coz I wasn't sure if I
was able to do another push up, run for km's, do any sort of interval
training after being off the fitness bandwagon for quite sometime.
I had to give eliminate all those negative comments that was thrown at
me after giving birth to baby #3 that I wouldn't be at the same level
of fitness as I was before I had my child. Had to prove them wrong.
Most especially myself!
The first week of workouts were the hardest. I struggled doing a single
push up but even though it was extremely difficult doing the first set
I kept going no matter how long it took. I used to be able to breeze
thru a minute worth of pushes and that thought kept me going.

intake is still pretty crap I admit but I am working on it.
